OVERNIGHT RATES

All rates are per night, like a hotel; a half day rate will apply after check out time.

Healthy Pet Warranty $5.00 per pet per stay MANDATORY
Add to nightly rate $8.00 for Puppy Pampering Package mandatory for all dogs under one year of age.
Add to nightly rate $3.00 for Intact Male fee for all unaltered male dogs.
We will add to nightly rate $10.00 for In Season Care fee for any female dogs that go into heat while in our care.
Add $2.00/night to all rooms during holiday periods.
20% discount for each additional same species family member in the same suite

REQUIRED VACCINATIONS

  • DOGS DHPP, Rabies, Bordatella must be given (or boostered if expired) at least 7 days prior to reservation

  • (Yappy Hour is a daily treat from our Barkery for all resort guests. Please let us know if your pet has any dietary restrictions.)

Room service will deliver a strong rubber toy stuffed with a delicious wholesome treat from our barkery. This serves as great chewing exercise a light snack and some healthy activity to keep the mind sharp all rolled into one.

CHECK IN

To help with the check in process our required documents are available for download. Please allow several minutes to give us time to verify vaccination records and acquaint ourselves with your pet. At this time we may briefly examine your pet for obvious health problems and parasites. We recommend that if possible you have your Veterinarian fax us a copy of your pets current proof of vaccinations or be sure to bring your pet’s vaccination records with you. If you are checking in on a weekend we may not be able to verify vaccinations and will deny entry to our facility. Our fax #1-844-273-7524

ROOM SERVICE MEALS

We feed Nutrisource premium foods to our canine and feline guests. If you are feeding a brand other than what we provide, you may bring the appropriate amount of your pet’s regular diet in a sealed container, to prevent any possible digestive upset due to a dietary change.

Policies

HOLIDAY PERIODS

The following are considered 2017 holiday periods:

  • Easter Vacation 4/10-4/22
  • Memorial Day weekend 5/25-5/29
  • Independence Day 6/30-7/9
  • Labor Day weekend 8/31-9/5
  • Thanksgiving break 11/17-11/27
  • Christmas/New Year 12/22-1/2/2018

During these times stays will include a $2/night holiday fee. Our lobby and administrative office is CLOSED for pick up and drop off on the following days: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day and will close early on Christmas eve and New Years eve.

HEALTHY PET WARRANTY PROGRAM

Enrollment in this program is mandatory.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

We require that all reservations be confirmed over the phone and held with a credit card.

Holiday Period Cancellations not made with 72 hours between the date cancelled and the date reserved (example would be a December 24th reservation must be cancelled no later than the close of business on the 20th) prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 2 nights stay to the credit card provided.

All regular reservations require a full 24 hours between the day of cancellation and the date reserved to avoid a one night charge to your credit card. (An example would be a March 6th reservation must be cancelled no later than the close of business on March 4th.) If it is necessary to change or cancel your reservation please notify us as far in advance as possible so we may accommodate another guest on our waiting list.

ITEMS FROM HOME

Pets staying with us are provided with raised cot style bedding and a fleece blankets. If you prefer we use your pets own blanket we are happy to do so provided that all items are completely washable in a normal capacity machine and you understand that we may launder it as needed at a nominal fee.
